Products and prices
Product descriptions, availability and prices can change without notice. KOYU aims to display information accurately, but errors can occur. If a material error affects an order, KOYU may contact you to confirm, correct or cancel the order.

Orders
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. KOYU may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an error has occurred.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or misuse KOYU content.

Intellectual property
KOYU brand content, images, copy and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reused without permission.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOYU’s liability is limited to the remedies required by law.
