Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout. KOYU does not store full payment-card details.

KOYU shares only the information reasonably needed with providers that operate the store, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics services, CJdropshipping or other fulfilment partners, and delivery carriers.

Because products may be fulfilled outside Australia, order information such as your name, contact details, delivery address and purchased items may be disclosed to recipients overseas. These recipients are likely to be located in China and may also be located in other countries used by the relevant fulfilment or delivery network. KOYU takes reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to work with providers that handle personal information securely.

Storage and Security

Information may be stored by Shopify and other service providers in Australia or overseas. KOYU uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
