Free Standard Shipping Within Australia
KOYU offers free standard shipping to Australian delivery addresses. The shipping cost is included in the product price. Express delivery is not currently offered unless it is shown at checkout.
Processing
Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner after payment is confirmed. Most orders require 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing may take longer during peak periods, supplier delays or product availability checks.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates vary by product, destination and the shipping service used by our fulfilment partner. The current estimate will be shown on the product page or at checkout before purchase when available. Delivery time begins after dispatch and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to update after the label is created.
Multiple Parcels
Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional standard shipping for split deliveries within Australia.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery details carefully. Contact KOYU immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters fulfilment. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Delays and Missing Parcels
Customs, carrier disruptions, severe weather and other events outside KOYU’s reasonable control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or a parcel is overdue, contact KOYU with the order number so we can investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders may be fulfilled from outside Australia. If customs inspects a parcel, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs service fees that were not collected at checkout, where applicable. These charges are set by the relevant authority or carrier and are outside KOYU’s control. Contact the relevant customs authority if you need more information before ordering.
International Delivery
KOYU currently focuses on Australian customers. International shipping is only available when it is shown at checkout.
